Use the minus and plus buttons to step through four presets: 100%, 125%, 150%, and 175%. We design and test pages to remain usable at the available text-size settings. The percentage between the buttons always shows your current setting.

This site is built for older eyes and hands. You can change how it looks at any time using the bar at the bottom of every page — nothing here is permanent, and you can change it back just as easily.

High contrast
Turn this on for stronger black-on-white text, darker borders, and heavier focus outlines. It is designed for high contrast and easier reading, which helps in bright rooms, with glare, or with low vision.
Reduce motion
Turns off fades, sliding panels, and smooth size transitions across the site. Helpful if movement on screen causes dizziness or makes reading harder. If your device already asks for reduced motion, we respect that automatically.
Saved for next time
Your choices are stored on this device right away. When you are signed in, they are also saved to your account, so the same text size and contrast follow you to your phone, tablet, or a family member's computer.
Other things we do
- Meaningful images include appropriate alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- All buttons and links can be reached with the Tab key and show a clear focus outline.
- Buttons and links are sized for easy tapping on a phone, and we test this on public pages and in the portal.
- Forms explain errors in plain words and announce them to screen readers.
