Every trainer holds a nationally recognized certification plus specific senior-fitness or post-rehabilitation credentials. All are background-checked, CPR certified, and trained in fall-risk screening and safe transfers.

What happens at the first visit?

The free assessment takes about 45 minutes in the home or community. We look at balance, strength, walking, and what daily life actually requires — stairs, groceries, getting off a low sofa — then send a written plan with goals and suggested session frequency.

Is this safe after surgery or a hospital stay?

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons families call. We coordinate with your physician or physical therapist, start at the level your discharge notes allow, and progress only when the exercises look steady and comfortable.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes: a gentle warm-up, balance and strength work using body weight, bands, and light weights, then walking practice or a daily-life task. Nothing is rushed, and everything can be done seated if needed.

Do you work in senior living communities?

We do — both one-to-one sessions for residents and group balance and mobility classes for wellness programs. Communities get utilization and outcome reporting each month.

Where do sessions take place?

How often should sessions happen?

Most clients start with two sessions a week. Once balance and strength are steady, many move to once a week for maintenance. You are never locked into a frequency.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Call or message your trainer, or use your dashboard. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are free; inside 24 hours we ask for half the session rate so trainers are not left with an unpaid gap.

Can family members see how things are going?

Yes. With the client's permission, family members get their own login and receive a written report after every session, including what was worked on, energy level, and anything the trainer noticed.

How much does it cost?

Single sessions and multi-session packages are listed in plain language on our pricing page. There is no membership fee, no initiation fee, and the first assessment is free.

Does insurance or Medicare cover this?

Personal training is generally not covered by Medicare, though some Medicare Advantage plans and long-term care policies reimburse wellness services. We provide itemized receipts you can submit, and many families use HSA or FSA funds.

You are billed after sessions are delivered, by card or check. Packages are billed up front and unused sessions are refundable. Nothing is charged before your free assessment and written plan.
